Real people, real hookup, really free.

To become a member of Peachmate, you must first provide your gender. The next page will ask you to provide your birthdate, location, and email address.

If you’re too lazy to input these ones though, Peachmate allows signing up using integration with your existing social media and online accounts such as Facebook, Google+, and LinkedIn.

There’s a small tickbox indicating that you’ve agreed to their Terms and Conditions. Don’t forget to check that if you’re manually signing up.

The last step is to assign a username and password.

You will have an empty shell of a profile when you’re done with the registration part, the next thing you need to do is populate that profile which you can start with a captcha phrase.

From here, you can start answering your Personal Info. which will ask you for your physical attributes,

There’s also the About me corner and the Interested in part. You can also set a status that will serve as your headline (aka the first thing potential matches will see when they visit your profile).

Navigation

Navigating through the website is done on the left-hand side of the page.

The Browse matches tab will initially show almost everyone, but click on the location or age range and you’ll find options to customize your search based on your interest (e.g. hookup, chat, friends with benefits), gender of the people you’re looking to be connected to, the age range you’re amenable with for potential matches, and the radius of the match search based on your location.

Messages tab will show profiles who sent you messages or want to communicate with you.

Hot or Not is a Tinder-like function that allows you to quickly rummage through the members and clicking ‘X’ if they’re not your type or ‘Star’ if you think you match just based on their headshot, age, location, and gender. There is also a match rate doughnut charts to see your compatibility in terms of interests and personality.

If you want to know which people had been ogling your profile and checking you out, click the Profile visitors tab.  Check who liked your profile on the Who likes you tab. If you want to know if anyone whose profile you liked has liked you back, head to the Mutual likes tab.

Private photo access allows you to share photos with selected members only. While if you want someone to completely stop bugging you, you can block them and they’ll end up on the Blocked tab list.

Peach mate can be integrated with Facebook through the signup, so they also made it possible to invite your Facebook friends to the platform.

There are three links at the top that bring you to your profile, the settings and one to sign out.

Under settings, you can change the interface language, your profile privacy, your timezone as well as the level of notifications you receive. Your password and email can also be modified here.

Bottomline

Peachmate is just another dating app. Going around and exploring the website, you’ll see lots of ads for porn and cam chat sites. So that pretty much sets the tone of their members’ intentions.

If you’re looking for flings, or just to waste your time on, it is an okay place to be in. But again, there are better and safer dating/hookup sites as an alternative. Even if you’re just looking for some fun, it still pays to be on the safe side of things. No one wants to get scammed amidst chatting or assaulted once you meet up.

  1. This site DOES NOT WORK, as in i mean it doesn’t function.
They say you need to verify your email by clicking a link sent to you in an email sent to the addy you provided.
BUT the email NEVER arrives, so you can do nothing on the site at all, you can’t even get to alter your profile.
And the “contact us” part doesn’t work either because you never get a reply from anyone, not even an automated response.
There are better sites out there, this one has to be at the end of the bottom 1000.
